Why do so many people get sick or burn out in a world where we “have it all?”
Few people can answer this better than 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗲𝘀 — psychiatrist, KU Leuven professor, and head of the Psychiatry Research Group (Neurosciences). He supervises the anxiety & depression/burnout clinics at UPC KU Leuven and authored the book “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺.”
During this event, we will learn about:
-
How chronic pressure and perfectionism fuel anxiety, depression, and burnout
-
Why quick fixes (more pills, superficial hacks) fail — and what evidence-based alternatives work
-
How we can shift from control & comparison to self-knowledge, compassion, and realistic ambition
You’ll walk away with fresh insights that can lower pressure, rebuild resilience, and restore harmony between mind and body.
