Recharge! is not theoretical training. You experience and see in real-time what costs or gives energy — and learn about the role of your brain, body, and environment.

Is the methodology scientifically grounded?

Yes. Everything we use is backed by science. The techniques have proven effects on heart rate, nervous system activity, stress response, and cognitive function.

How many participants per group?

Between 10 and 30 participants — for an optimal balance between group dynamics and individual experience.

How physically intense is the experience?

We work with body awareness, breathing, simple movements, and mental exercises that are accessible to everyone.

What should I bring to this experience?

Comfortable clothing is sufficient. All necessary materials are provided.

How does the ordering process work?
